I've learned in nearly twenty years in this business that the key to success is superior customer service.  This includes returning calls promptly, providing corrections (should there be any) quickly, and of course, delivering the report on time.  I pride myself on providing distincitve service to my customers.  After all, it is all about them!

I offer residential real estate appraisal services primarily for lending purposes including purchases, refinances, new construction and PMI reductions.  In addition, I complete peer reviews for clients across the country.

My coverage area includes the Tucson Metropolitan area and the numerous bedroom communities that surround it.  These include: Catalina, Oro Valley, Avra Valley, Marana, Three Points, Tanque Verde, Vail, Corona De Tucson, Sahuarita and Green Valley.

Interesting Fact: The name Tucson originates via Spanish from the O'odham, Cuk Son (pronounced  roughly, "chuk shon"), meaning "Black Base," a reference to the mostly volcanic mountains on the west side of the city. The most notable of these mountains is Sentinel Peak, better known as "A Mountain" because it sports a large letter A in honor of the nearby University of Arizona, situated in west central Tucson.
